Terms & Conditions 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Mopets regarding the payment term, our invoices are payable in cash. In case of non-payment within 15 business days, we reserve the right to charge late payment interest at a rate of 14% per annum. Additionally, a compensation fee of €125 will be automatically due as a penalty clause if payment is not made within 15 days following the issuance of a formal notice. Any invoice not contested within 8 days will be deemed accepted. Subject to specific conditions, the payment of invoices includes the right to reproduce and publicly communicate the works created as part of the design and art direction services invoiced here. Disputes are subject to Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
